This is one of my favorite quick meals to make.

For 2 people. Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed and butterflied

Your choice of jarred alfredo sauce...we like Prego

Green Giant steamable broccoli

salt

pepper

Italian seasoning

Pasta of your choice...I love rotini, but used penne in this version

Olive oil

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

2. Start your pasta water boiling. Make sure to season it with salt generously.

3. In a skillet, preheat a turn or two of olive oil.

4. Saute the chicken breasts.

5. Add pasta to water and cook to al dente.

6. When chicken is cooked through, dice the chicken and set aside.

7. Microwave the broccoli according to the package instructions.

7. When the pasta is cooked, drain it. Put it back in the pan. Add the alfredo sauce and the chicken. Heat over low heat.

9. When the broccoli is done, open the package and drain it. Then add it to the pot.

10. When the alfredo is heated, remove from heat. Serve hot.
