I love quick one pot meals...even as a homemaker, I find that by the end of the day, all I want to do is make a quick meal, fill a glass of wine and binge watch some TV with my husband.

This quick meal by Diethood is full of flavor and easy to make without flavor packets.

You start by heating a pot and adding sausage, mushrooms, onions and garlic.

Then, you deglaze the pot with some chicken broth and add in evaporated milk.

Bring it to a boil and add your ziti.

After the ziti is tender, add parmesan and remove from heat.
