I had so much fun making things for Grandma's birthday. Grandma said her favorite color was any shade of blue, so that is where I drew my inspiration.

I used my Silhouette Portrait cutting machine to make little "medallions" that I attached to to straws and utensil bundles.

Then, I used my Silhouette to cut 90s out and glued those to skewers and put them in some ball jars that I covered with silver glitter. For the ball jars, I thinned out some Elmer's school glue, taped off the portion I wanted glittery and painted the glue on. Then, I poured glitter over the glue and waited for it to dry.

I also made tissue paper flowers and learned how to make my own by watching some YouTube videos, including this one from Emma Peters.

And here is the finished product! We had other surfaces decorated all over the place, but this was the centerpiece.

Next week, I will do a full party post! Spoiler: Grandma had a lot of fun!
