February Decluttering Challenge

One of my favorite podcasts, Happier in Hollywood, has a very active community on Facebook. We started talking about decluttering and the psychology behind clutter and it was proposed that we follow the Minimalists 30 Day Challenge.
This means that every day for a month, we discard the number of items that correlate to the day of the month. This means on the 1st you discard 1 item; on the 2nd, 2 items and so on until on the 28th, you discard 28 items.
