Cruise 2017: Cozumel

Our next day, we arrived in Cozumel. We had breakfast at the Lido buffet and watched as the ship pulled in to port.
As soon as we were cleared to disembark, we headed out to meet up with our excursion. We planned a beach day at Chankanaab. After a pretty long wait, mostly due to the crazy number of ships in port due to the closed ports in the Eastern Caribbean, we headed to the beach. After a very long walk, we settled under a palapa and then hopped in the ocean to snorkel.
We snorkeled for about an hour and then spent some time just laying on the beach while we waited for Jason to come back from his guided snorkeling. When we met back up, we went to a tequila tasting where we learned that good tequila is the hangover inducing beverage we have all come to love/hate in America.
Then we got back in the water for a little while before heading back to the ship.
When we got back to the ship, we grabbed a snack and prepared for dinner.
After dinner, we caught the show and then changed into our swimsuits so we could enjoy a Dive-In Movie...Guadians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2.
